Instructions for installing the iBook on your iPad: 
You will need the free iBooks app to view it

  1. On your computer, go to http://tinyurl.com/TICworkshopguide and download the file.  
  2. Once downloaded, open iTunes and drag the file into the iTunes "Books" library.  
  3. Make sure your iPad sync settings include syncing your books, and it will be installed in the iBooks library on your device with the next sync!
